Description of problem: At this moment, dkms-nvidia-current package requires x11-driver-video-nvidia-current. In fact, the latter package is not necessary for the kernel driver to be built via DKMS; at the same time NVIDIA kernel driver may be required by CUDA/OpenCL programs running on a headless node or on a cluster without X. Additionaly, nvidia-current-cuda-opencl has the same issue. It contains only CUDA/OpenCL runtimes, but requires x11-driver-video-nvidia-current, which are absolutely not necessary for CUDA/OpenCL programs to be compiled and run.
Fixed in 270.41.06-2.mga1, thanks for the report. Sorry for the delay, I had missed this bugreport.
