The sysfsutils RPM description says: This package currently includes: - lsbus: a small application to query system bus information. - systool: an application to view system device information by bus, class, and topology. systool is included, but lsbus is not. Four other programs are included that aren't mentioned in this list.
Also, dlist_test looks to me like a purely unit test program--I don't see any usefulness in including it in the package.
Hi, thanks for reporting this bug. As there is no maintainer for this package I added the committers in CC. (Please set the status to 'assigned' if you are working on it)
CC: (none) => mageia
I've fixed both issues in 2.1.0-13 in Cauldron, the package should be pushed to Mga 1 updates/testing as well, but I don't have a Mga 1 install to test.
(In reply to comment #3) > I've fixed both issues in 2.1.0-13 in Cauldron, the package should be pushed to > Mga 1 updates/testing as well, but I don't have a Mga 1 install to test. cc'ing QA, maybe they have an idea :)

Olivier, if you push to testing and write and advisory so we know what to check then assign it to QA (adding yourself to CC), it will be tested and then pushed to updates for you.
In Mga1 currently.. $ urpmq -i sysfsutils Name : sysfsutils Version : 2.1.0 Release : 11.mga1 Group : System/Kernel and hardware Size : 53837 Architecture: i586 Source RPM : sysfsutils-2.1.0-11.mga1.src.rpm URL : http://linux-diag.sourceforge.net/ Summary : Utility suite to enjoy sysfs Description : This package's purpose is to provide a set of utilities for interfacing with sysfs, a virtual filesystem in Linux kernel versions 2.5+ that provides a tree of system devices. While a filesystem is a very useful interface, we've decided to provide a stable programming interface that will hopefully make it easier for applications to query system devices and their attributes. This package currently includes: - lsbus: a small application to query system bus information. - systool: an application to view system device information by bus, class, and topology.
This message is a reminder that Mageia 1 is nearing its end of life. In approximately 25 days from now, Mageia will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Mageia 1. At that time this bug will be closed as WONTFIX (EOL) if it remains open with a Mageia 'version' of '1'. Package Maintainer: If you wish for this bug to remain open because you plan to fix it in a currently maintained version, simply change the 'version' to a later Mageia version prior to Mageia 1's end of life. Bug Reporter: Thank you for reporting this issue and we are sorry that we may not be able to fix it before Mageia 1 is end of life. If you would still like to see this bug fixed and are able to reproduce it against a later version of Mageia, you are encouraged to click on "Version" and change it against that version of Mageia. Although we aim to fix as many bugs as possible during every release's lifetime, sometimes those efforts are overtaken by events. Often a more recent Mageia release includes newer upstream software that fixes bugs or makes them obsolete. -- Mageia Bugsquad
