Created attachment 1301 [details] mtkbabel specile Hello, mtkbabel is a tool used to get data from GPS using MediaTek MTK chipset (http://sourceforge.net/projects/mtkbabel/). I joined specfile which works fine here.

Maybe we should create a new ml that feed package request as there is only a few people that really read this list, but most of them are not a packagers.
Assigning this package request to all packagers collectively. On a voluntary basis, one of them might want to integrate it to the distribution and maintain it for bug and security fixes.
