look at this picture

as you see harddrake recognized that there are USB ports in this computer

but the problem here is none of those USB ports are working when you plugged 

anything in it (( as he said ))

so can anyone help

lsusb

(If the command doesn't work, try again after installing usbutils)

which device(s) did not work when being plugged in? printer? wireless modem?

did you try with a simple usb stick?

Users who have experienced this problem are encouraged to upgrade to the latest update of their distribution, and if this issue turns out to still be reproducible in the latest update, please reopen this bug with additional information.
