Trying to build new claws-mail 3.8.0 (many fixes...), I get errors about missing
file /usr/lib64/libgpg-error.la. I think .la files are being deprecated, but
devel .la files in lib64gpgme-devel still reference it.

I changed all /usr/lib64/libxxxx.la in .la files to -lxxxx, but I don't know if
this is the desired solution, or just all .la files should be removed.
