Could we have LSB release files installed in default install ?
It looks the most standard way of system versioning, apart from /etc/*release*.

(Second time we fall in the "package request" trap... please only use those keywords in the Summary when asking to import a package that's not already in the repos).

After some discussions finally added as require for mageia-release-common

Status: REOPENED => RESOLVED
