It would be nice to have gpm (console mouse) installed and enabled by default after the install.

@OP, "Package Request" in the summary is for new package requests.... this totally gave the wrong meaning.

I don't think it should be installed and enabled by default.
Althouth it's very usable to us, it's not targeted for average
end-user.

available on isos but not installed seems a good idea too.

gpm-1.20.6-5 mga1 is on the Mageia 1 official DVD, so closing
