please do the following:
1) enable the "core release debug" and "core release update debug"
2) install the following packages: gdb  gimp-debug
3) run the following command from a terminal:
   gdb -q gimp
4) then type "run"
5) when it segfaults, type "bt" and copy back the stack trace in a file you'll
attach (not paste) to this bug report

Seems working with test user. What are GIMPs config files? i try to delete them

No need to delete, just rename it, e.g. by 
mv ~/.gimp-2.6/ ~/.gimp-2.6-backup/

I dont have /.gimp-* folder

I copyed 'gimp-2.6' folder from test user to my home folder, now it works!

Wonder why reinstalling etc doesnt create that folder.
