Description of problem:
i was building ucommon package that always failed on build system.

I realized that i had a previous version of doxygen and that's why i could
build it on my pc with cauldron.
Even if i fixed some wrong path on doxygen configuration file, i could not
avoid the endless loop.

i found a similar bug in debian

last night I investigated a bit better and I generated a new doxygen configuration file (doxygen -g) and merged it with the commoncpp one (yes another
package affected), well new configuration built, i don't know what is missed
but certainly something important.
I will make more test and if so, i will close this bug and fix it upstream but for commoncpp and ucommon.

New doxygen version fixes this issue.
