I've been mentoring Malo and I believe he can now become a full packager with submission rights. His svn useranme is "malo".

I'm not sure I filed this bug correctly, so I'd like to add that "barjac" should also be given a packager status. If necessary, I'll file another bug for him too.

Ok, this is done for malo and barjac, they should now be able to submit packages.
