The checkentry method had an incorrect return value, which was not properly fixed in the 2.6.35 support patch. tmb: I've fixed net-netfilter-IFWLOG-2.6.35-buildfix.patch in r175592, this should be backport in Mageia 1, to be included in the next official kernel update
