This is a Logitech, Inc. Webcam Pro 9000, which was working fine "before".

Confirmed same messages with Cauldron x86_64, Alcor Micro, Corp.|USB 2.0 PC Camera (vendor:1210 device: 25f4) in a Samsung R530 laptop
