Description Filipe Saraiva 2011-11-29 04:50:14 CET
I have a HP Pavillion dm4 model with a accelerometer. I ran Mageia 2 Alpha 1 live and the mouse works fine. After instalation, the mouse cursor is fixed in the center and the middle of screen.

The accelerometer was recognized as a joystick, and it interfered in mouse cursor.

I removed the module of this accelerometer (modprobe -r hp_accel) and now the mouse is works fine.

I will verify if the mouse works fine after I install the module again and restart my computer.

Thanks.

Well, after remove the hp_accel module (# modprobe -r hp_accel) I installed again (# modprobe -i hp_accel) and the mouse works fine.

I restarted the system, and the mouse is ok and accelerometer is recognized correctly.

I will close this bug report.
