Description of problem:

When I boot Mageia, I have this :

starting udev : udevd[139]: error: runtime directory '/run/udev' not writable, for folding back to'/dev/.udev'

After this, I wait 2 minutes, and I have this message and Mageia boots correctly

udevadn settle - timeout of 120 seconds reached, the event queue contains:
/sys/module/aes_generic (1729)
