Reducing the priority to normal. Work around for this bug: After following above mentioned steps to get into bug, 1. Press "done" button to continue. 2. As partition table is reloaded, there will be no root partition. Due to this you will be shown a warning window. 3. Press "previous" on this warning window. This will take us backwards to custom partitioning and everything is shown properly now.
