Description of problem:
Vcdimager plug-in can't be enabled

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Brasero 3.12.3
vcdimager 2.0.1

How reproducible:

Every time. Seems to be a long-standing issue.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install brasero
2.look at "plugins"
3.https://imgur.com/f1GSMfO

This issue was addressed in the May 24, 2020 GNOME gitlab at https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/brasero/-/issues/343
which identifies the source of the error
