Description of problem:
I have changed KDE skin colours and saved that skin. Now, after reboot skin changes colours back to default, la ora night.

Did you eventually configure kdm after that ?(In reply to comment #0)

Did you eventually enter in the kdm module before rebooting ?

Might be, not sure. This bug seems gone now, colour settings are okay after latest boot

Ok so it's probably a duplicate of 3310.
You'll be able to reproduce it again & again once you enter in the kdm section of systemsettings.
It's an upstream bug here :/
