No, it is not install by default ! When i install timezone, system install aria2 too ! after install it is running good ;)

There's no patch Adding such a suggest is useless since: # rpm -e --test timezone error: Failed dependencies: timezone is needed by (installed) basesystem-minimal-1:2-3.mga2.x86_64
