I had just updated with the Mageia Control Center. I went through there because the command line was blocking because I didn't want to uninstall “thunderbird-fr-128.14.0-1.mga10.noarch.” I selected all the packages (3 or 4) except Thunderbird, and they installed. When I came back, I had 3 or 4 windows open, one saying there was a problem with “thunderbird-fr-128.14.0-1.mga10.noarch” and other windows about the other updated RPMs (I didn't read them completely). After finding the right order to click the [OK] button to close all (or almost all) of these windows that appeared at once, the error message appeared.

It looks as if you wanted to update your system *except* Thunderbird. Yet having excluded it from the updates, you still got the error about the language pack for it. I wonder whether it is worth you re-doing the command; but first: $ rpm -q thunderbird thunderbird-fr then: # urpmi --auto-update which should try to include Thunderbird; then post the terminal output.
