I keep my cauldron install updated every day.  Today after the KDE Plasma update I have no window decorations in any app.  I can open windows but cannot close, minimize, or restore up or down.  Logout/Login and Reboot did not help.

Also, just discovered the Power Management section of System Settings does not load.
