These plugins got some improvements and corrections and are now based on the last opencpn libs

These plugins need to be up to date for sailors security...

Procedure

To test this updates you need to have previously installed opencpn and its plugins 
from Mageia9/core and have updated them from Mageai9/core/updates

Then you can update the 9 plugins at the same time from /core/updates_testing :
just verify that they are downloaded installed and that their previous version is uninstalled ... that should be enough.

If you don't have already used OpenCPN you can nevertheless verify that after launching it, clicking on the plugin icons open a window over the nautical chart display

For those who use OpenCPN you will notice 
some changes in the list of radioHF and internet fax providers for "weatherfax" , some changes in "watchdog" alarms, 
a quicker activation of the plugins that use now the last opencpn-libs (better compatibility with opencpn 5.10.2 already provided as update for Mageia9)
