I've follow https://ml.mageia.org to subscribe to multiple mailing lists. Now I want to unsubscribe for example from sysadmin-commits@ml.mageia.org and when I clic on unsubscribe option and fill my email address, the server send me to an error screen (https://ml.mageia.org/wwsympa-wrapper.fcgi) saying <<Le serveur a èté victime d'une erreur interne et n'a pas été capable de faire aboutir votre requête. Soit le server est surchargé soit il s'agit d'une erreur dans le script CGI.Si vous pensez qu'il s'agit d'une erreur du serveur, veuillez contacter le gestionnaire du site. >> An another error is that the link for the Gestionnaire du site is pointing within root@localhost... I was not logged on bugzilla. I've open an bugzilla account just to declare that bug. I have used that URL -> https://ml.mageia.org/wwsympa-wrapper.fcgi/sigrequest/sysadmin-commits Press Unsubscribe, filled my email adress and press send me a validation link

Can you try to unsubscribe after login to sympa with your identity account ?
I'm not able to connect to sympa using the account I use in bugzilla (email + password).
When I try to unsubscribe to a mailing list where I have not subscribe before, the message shown is correct "You are not subscribed to list i18n-tr with e-mail address christophe.bertin2@free.fr. You might have subscribed with another address. Please contact the list owner to help you unsubscribe: i18n-tr-request@ml.mageia.org).
The acount that you use is working on identity ? How did you create it ?
When I first want to report a bug, the bugzilla system ask me to create an account. I'have put my email adress, reply to the mail that was send to me, established a password etc... Nothing like that was asking by sympa for subscribing to mailing list. In that case, I have just fill my email and response to the email send by sympa. No password was asked or needed to do that.
When did you open the account ? It seems that you do not use a ldap account, but a local one on bugzilla and I think we disabled that ( but maybe this was created before :/ ), so there is likely a problem here. Derek, can you confirm for the account ? I will check ldap later this weekend.

So I have recreated an account, logged in mailing list website and I have unsubscribed to every mailing list. This time, the system doesn't ask me to fill my email address but propose me to unsubscribe directly. Thank you for your help. Bug closed for me.
