mga9-64 linus kernel OK on my workstation svarten.

Works as well as server kernel, same tests performed as for server kernel flavour in bug 33546 comment 27;

i.e LVM, LUKS, AMD GPU, VirtualBox, Plasma and apps, suspend-resume...
Comment 7 Thomas Andrews 2024-09-19 13:52:00 CEST
The kernel maintainer has indicated the tests are sufficient, so...

Validating.

Comment 8 Morgan Leijström 2024-09-19 15:18:26 CEST
mga9-32 OK on Thinkpad T43

Same system journal messages like for desktop kernel about pti_clone_pgtable

Everything seem to work, as for desktop kernel.

After resume from hibernate it seem to take more time from desktop visually returned, until usable, compare to desktop kernel.

Like for desktop kernel suspend and return from suspend are very swift :)

Details in desktop kernel report bug 33546 comment 35.
