Description of problem:

This is a library which provides Pascal bindings for Qt 4. It is useful for applications written in Lazarus.

Ubuntu, PCLinuxOS and others have this, for example:

Setting version to cauldron, because package requests will usually be done for cauldron first. The package is then expected to be available in the first stable release that follows.

Version 2.5 now availabe in Cauldron.
