This has been 100% repeatable for weeks now, but as soon as I submitted this report it immediately ran fine. However this was immediately after building the same package in konsole, so maybe the chroot was up to date which bypassed the issue. I will keep testing as time allows.
Thank you for the report. I discover that when using Dolphin, F4 pops a terminal window. Since this problem only shows in this context, and not in a terminal application, yes, put it down to Dolphin. It would be useful to try with other terminal applications then konsole; and even a virtual console - just to confirm that it is a Dolphin problem.
