Description of problem:

Despite what https://mirrors.mageia.org/status say princeton is not in full sync with i586 tree at less for mageia 9

I detect lack of libreoffice langpack for en and es for the version 7.6.7.2-1

https://distrib-coffee.ipsl.jussieu.fr/pub/linux/Mageia/distrib/9/i586/media/core/updates/ have that packages
