Package librasqal3 is not available on the dvd ?
librdf.so is provided by libredland0 so it's indeed related.

It is.  Looks like this is another urpmi cascade error, caused by
the failure to install drakx-kbd-mouse-x11 reported in bug 3324.

Closing this bug report as invalid.
