Description Aurelian R 2024-05-20 10:45:45 CEST
Description of problem:
Some programs fail to load since gdk-pixbuf2.0 has been upgraded to version 2.42.12.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run gkrellm/xsane
2. Terminal error output:
(xsane:42330): GdkPixbuf-WARNING **: 11:17:43.353: Error loading XPM image loader: Image type “xpm” is not supported
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

As a temporary solution one can build gdk-pixbuf2.0 with "-Dothers=true" option.

Regards.
Comment 1 Aurelian R 2024-05-20 10:48:03 CEST
Correction: the build option should be "-Dothers=enabled"
Comment 2 Aurelian R 2024-05-20 13:47:45 CEST
