Juergen Harms has provided patches and updates for backuppc.
He understands mgarepo quite well now.
The next step for him is to submit the packages himself.

So, I ask for him the permission to submit at least the packages he is maintainer of.

Also, I tried to make him the maintainer of backuppc and got an error because I can't set anyone other than myself as a maintainer.
He tried also and he got "You are not in mga-packagers group".
