when you go to https://flatpak.org/setup/
mageia is not in the list of distros using flatpak; why?

as you seem to care maybe you could get that page 
  https://flatpak.org/setup/Mageia
improved:

1) for installing Flatpak,
 a) mention Flatpak is already installed with a default desktop install
 b) root promot should be "#" ( they write "$")

2) link to https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Flatpak
