Created attachment 14511 [details] Bookworm terminal output This is the terminal output after run Bookworm and open pdf file.
What desktop are you using?
I have tested it in two different desktop environments: Plasma and Lxqt
Mageia 9, LxQt. Installed & tried GUI. Picking a PDF file to add, it took ages. Clicking on it ended in: Failed to open file “%2Fhome%2Flewis%2F.local%2Fshare%2Fcom.github.babluboy.bookworm%2Fbooks%2FClearview%20Brochure%20Oct%202012.pdf%2FClearview%20Brochure%20Oct%202012.pdf_1.html”: No such file or directory Yet: $ ls .local/share/com.github.babluboy.bookworm/books/Clearview\ Brochure\ Oct\ 2012.pdf/ ... 'Clearview Brochure Oct 2012.pdf_1.html' ... Given that %2F = /, %20 = space, everything looks correct: the pathname it fails to open does exist. Confirms the complaint.

Any news about this? I see in app repo the last version since 2019. Perhaps we shold mark this package as obsolete, If it is not worth repairing the package. Feel free to do it and close the buy if is necessary.

Seems dead upstream, so yes we should consider to remove it from our distro.
