Description of problem:

If you launch eog from commandline, you can see the following errors:

werewolf:~> eog

EOG-WARNING **: Error loading Eog typelib: Typelib file for namespace 'Eog', version '3.0' not found


libpeas-WARNING **: Type not found in introspection: 'EogWindowActivatable'

libpeas-WARNING **: Type not found in introspection: 'EogWindowActivatable'

libpeas-WARNING **: Type not found in introspection: 'EogWindowActivatable'

libpeas-WARNING **: Type not found in introspection: 'EogWindowActivatable'

(full output of launching and immediately quitting).

Installing eog-plugins pulls lib64eog-gir3.0, that makes errors go away.
But probaly it should be eog itself who requires it instead of plugins.
