Description of problem:
when invoking kontact from either application launcher menu or CLI, opens 5x  kmail windows + 1x kontact summary window.
closing the kontact summary window closes all the kmail windows as well.

I deleted kmail,contact and pim config files from
/home/$USER/.config/kde.org/ and retried but still the same.

How reproducible:always on this hardware


Steps to Reproduce:
1.invoke kontact on an up to date x86_64 mixed DE system ( has kf5 , plasma and plasma-apps bug packages also installed )

in an single DE plasma x86_64 install (with kf5, plasma and KDE-apps bug packages installed) similar response but only 2 kmail windows.

Can you please put the relevant SRPM exact version. (I do not have a Cauldron system to do this).

Noting that this is Cauldron, I believe Plasma is in the middle of major updates.
