Yes, there have been mirror problems lately. Either change or wait a bit, try later, report back. I believe that dnf & rpm work differently, and it is not recommended to mix them. If things mostly work, orphans apparently do not.

I do mix usage of dnf and urpmi, btw, if you're aware that urpmi cannot detect orphans as it should and that the history of dnf can't work well, either, then it doesn't cause problems.
