Description Ezequiel Partida 2024-03-17 02:02:39 CET
Today I added a new widget called System Monitor Sensor

on Appearance/ Presets I clicked on Get new presets

I selected the one called CPU Use Plotter and after a couple of minutes I got the next error:

Installation of /tmp/hkiipQ-notmart.cpuplotter.plasmoid failed: Could not create package root directory: /home/ezequiel/.local/share/plasma/plasmoids/

I fixed it by adding permissions to all users but I think this should be resolved to make it easier for new mageia users and linux in general.

Regards
ZekeMX

You still screw your system youself by using "su" instead of "su -". It is the same problem as in your other posts where you have broken the permissions in your user directory. Read the old bugs including the wiki article how to prevent this and fix your system.

See your bug 31647 and bug 30553

Resolution: (none) => INVALID
Status: NEW => RESOLVED
