xdg-utils spec patch

In cauldron xdg-open(part of xdg-utils rpm) command fails to open a text file or a url every time.
So I upgraded xdg-utils to version 1.2.1 and this seems to be working on my system, although I haven't done the whole suite of tests.

Attached is a patch for the spec file and  I will also load a rediff of some of the remaining patches.
