tuncel service menus patch

tuncel needs to adjust its desktop service path adjusted for Plasma 6. In Cauldron there are a few packages that have this issue, and running 
"urpmf -f /usr/share/kservices5/ServiceMenus" 
reveals a few packages that need some path fixing too.

NB: Plasma6 seems to not use "/usr/share/kservices6/ServiceMenus" path for services, but "/usr/share/kio/servicemenus", this makes the macro %{_kf6_services} to be apparently unused.
