This is a know bug in plasma6 using X11, upstream now switch and support by default Wayland. If you install plasma-workspace-wayland and login into plasma wayland session all graphical bugs will disappear. For mga10 we will probably do the same namely switching to wayland by default.

Please try that, Pierre - after confirming that you were using X11 which up to now has been the default for Plasma.

I've had some one-time issues, so I'm watching; otherwise, better...
