The new docker stack in mga9 requires opencontainers-runc-1.1.9 to work correctly. An update is provided under updates_testing but not validated yet.
opencontainers-runc-1.1.9-1.mga9.x86_64.rpm is available for testing under updates_testing. Thanks for allowing the push to updates.

Summary must describe what packages/system part the bug is about.
Summary: Please validate the version in updates_testing => Docker stack update: opencontainers-runc-1.1.9CC: (none) => fri
(In reply to Morgan Leijström from comment #2) > Summary must describe what packages/system part the bug is about. Sorry, Morgan, I don't understand your point. Here the package concerned is opencontainers-runc. The Docker stack was updated before release of Mageia 9. But some packages were forgotten and left in updates_testing. I made a check today and wish that the missing one are promoted as real updates. Compared to the version we have it fixes whet is mentioned in the changelog 1.1.6: https://github.com/opencontainers/runc/releases/tag/v1.1.6 1.1.7: https://github.com/opencontainers/runc/releases/tag/v1.1.7 I made my tests with that version in the stack. It seems to be also working with the version we have currently 1.1.5. FTR if you prefer I can provide 1.1.12 (as I did for cauldron today) which is fixing an additional CVE: CVE-2024-21626.
It is easier for us other traversing the bug system to understand what the bug is about if it is described up front. The summary field of the bug report did not mention neither the package in question, nor Docker which it is for.
Humm the title of this preecise BR is "Docker stack update: opencontainers-runc-1.1.9" and the SRPM is mentionned, and the first comment was for me clear enough so please explain what did I do wrongly as I still do not understand what was missing ?

The original title not was as clear "Summary: Please validate the version in updates_testing" Morgan change it to current "Docker stack update: opencontainers-runc-1.1.9"
