rdiff-backup.spec diff for pyproject

rdiff-backup could be updated to latest stable version 2.2.6 and switch its spec file to pyproject format.

Also python-pyxattr package should be rebuild/updated to pyprject as it hinders rdiff-backup installation, I will attach a spec patch for it too.

DavidG has just done rdiff-backup as requested:
- new version: 2.2.6
- switch to pyproject

AND the second bit python-pyxattr:
- new version: 0.8.1
- switch to pyproject

No sooner said than done - again! You could have closed this.

Status: NEW => RESOLVED
