I have 2 network devices:
ens3 and ens10, both use dhcp

It looks like the networkscripts package does the initialization in the order
ens10 then ens3

this results in using ens10 as default gateway which is wrong. The setting GATEWAY=xxx and GATEWAYDEV=ens3 is not respected.
