Description of problem: I'm having trouble installing cabal-install because it requires glibc 2.38 due to running rpm -qpR cabal-install-3.8.1.0-2.fc40.x86_64.rpm. I can see 2.33, 2.34 and 2.38, but no 2.36. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 2.38 How reproducible: Everytime. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Download cabal-install-3.8.1.0-2.fc40.x86_64.rpm. 2. Double click to install it. 3. It cannot be installed due to missing glibc 2.38 according to the window.
Here's the link to the OpenSuse version of glibc 2.38 in case it's needed: https://ftp.lysator.liu.se/pub/opensuse/source/tumbleweed/repo/oss/src/glibc-2.38-6.1.src.rpm
Source RPM: glibc => glibc-2.38-6.1.src.rpm
