Please summarise your system:
 $ inxi -MSG
and describe a bit more what happens from the GDM login screen, Plasma selected. The first screen displays OK? What do you mean by 'standby mode' for the second one? Blank? Does it stay dead? Can you wake it up, and if so, how? Is it using x11 or wayland? (Try $ env | grep -E 'x11|wayland' ).

If I select Plasma(X11)
I enter my password, Plasma is loading and then my left screen displays 'standby mode' becomes dark and stays 'dead'. I can't wake it up

If I Select Gnome ==> 2 screens are OK

env | grep -E 'x11|wayland'   ==> returns nothing
