Description of problem: Kamoso crashes at startup on one of my two PCs.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
kamoso-23.04.1-1.mga9


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Starting kamoso
2. Crashes immediately. 
Terminal message : "The webcam controller was unable to find or load wrappercamerabinsrc plugin; please make sure all required gstreamer plugins are installed.
Unrecoverable error occurred when initializing webcam. Exiting."

3. Fixed with the installation of gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad.

This was fixed since the big kde-apps 23.04.3 update! So closing of this bug
