i had on my machine a fedora with all partitionned in LVM. To install mageia i have asked to use "all the disk". The installer asked me to reboot.

After rebooting i can't access to the partition part, the installer crash before ( see screenshot ).

I had similar issues.

Booted on live USB system and repartitionned using gparted, then installer suceeded so i could use it to set up LVM. That installer was boot.iso for network install a month ago.

Search bugzilla for LVM and there are some similar.

There have been changes to this before mga4 release

I have not tried fedora, but a period during mga4 beta, installer and diskdrake had problems with encrypted lwm set up by mga2, that later got fixed.

Probably this is fixed in your scenario too now.
Anyhow, this bugreport is old.

Feel free to reopen if there is still problem.
