Please consider to add wayland-utils package.
Besides its own merit, it also completes the kinfocenter ( for Plasma-wayland ) tool to display wayland graphics info too ("Recommends: wayland-utils" may be needed for automatic load).

Attached is a spec file for it, use

install -D -m 644 wayland-utils.spec SPECS/wayland-utils.spec
bm -lp --with get_sources SPECS/wayland-utils.spec
bm -ls SPECS/wayland-utils.spec

to download the archive and build its rpm source package.

Description:
wayland-utils contains wayland-info, a standalone version of weston-info,
a utility for displaying information about the Wayland protocols supported
by the Wayland compositor.
wayland-info also provides additional information for a subset of Wayland
protocols it knows about, namely Linux DMABUF, presentation time, tablet and
XDG output protocols.
