Description Herman Viaene 2023-09-30 11:47:17 CEST
Description of problem:
When leaving Thunderbird to halt the system, it was pointing a certain message in one of the folders (usually the last one in the Inbox).
But before this version it remembered its position in all the folders it pointed to last time.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
115.2

How reproducible:
Every time after a new boot.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In a session point Thunderbird to a message in different folders. Make a note of these.
2.Close thunderbird and reboot the system
3.Open Thunderbird and note it points to the last location you used, that one is OK. Point to other folders and note that Thunderbird point to some random location in those folders, not the last ones you used before the reboot.

Thanks for the report.
A behaviour change. The fact that it returns to random places in other folders is not right (to their start would have been rational at least).

Previous version was thunderbird-102.12.0-1.mga9

Assigning to NicolasS who updates Thunderbird.
