Description Georges Eckenschwiller 2011-10-29 18:34:47 CEST
Description of problem:
Session Manager does not restore the legacy applications

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I start xfce.
2. I open one or more applications such as terminal or thunar and mousepad ...
3. I logout, then I login.
4. None application is restored.

By cons, if I leave also an application such as gedit, all applications are restored.
I have note that in the session file, terminal, thunar, mousepad ... are recorded legacy while gedit is Client.

Comment 2 Georges Eckenschwiller 2011-12-10 10:25:34 CET
Now that lxdm can connect properly, I return the tests xfce.

Indeed, updated cauldron with xfce4-session-4.8.2-2.mga2, the windows are properly restored, even for applications called "legacy".
