Confirmed. ksysguardd has been replaced by systemmonitor however the files in /usr/share/plasma/plasmoids/org.kde.plasma.systemmonitor.cpucore and other plasmoids still refer to ksysguardd. Assigning to the kde maintainers.

As a workaround if internet access is available, try to get and install at minimum ksystemstats package to show sensors info in widgets and optionally plasma-systemmonitor package as an overall system resources monitoring tool.
