Description christian barranco 2023-05-29 19:17:53 CEST
Description of problem:
Plasma splash screen (in Settings>Appearence>Startup screen) points to latest selected and not to a Mageia specifc one.
It is then impossible

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible: always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download a new global theme in Settings>Appearence>Global theme
2. Apply it
3. Start-up splash screen will be changed
4. Go to Settings>Appearence>Startup screen
5. Select Breeze by Mageia
6. Nothing happens. Breeze by Mageia always points on the latest applied splash screen

Hi. The template corresponding to Breeze by Mageia, in Plasma Settings, shows the expected start-up screen, indeed. However, the apply button is greyed out. It is not possible to apply any new start-up screen at all.

Hi. Yes, I am. I have selected all of the available ones in a row but the Apply button has remained grey.
As explained in #5, it came back as normal after installing an additional global theme.

Yes. Everything was up to date, at that time. Now, as I explained in https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=31974#c5, it works after the Apply button has come back.
